A Battalion of Marys

In 2004, I began beading the Madonnas.

Each one spoke to me about various things, but the constant among them all was "we will protect you". I truly believed this and therefore could not bear to sell a single one. These 12 hung on my Dining Room Wall for many years. The protection was needed. By the time I managed to extricate myself from my unhealthy marriage, I was ready to let them go to others that might need her protection.

I sold them all and funded a forever longed for trip to France to see for myself the legendary places where the Divine Mother, the Magdalen, The Sacred Feminine, The Delicate Voice of Wisdom and Compassion was said to reside.

I found my Mary in France. I have been devoted to her ever since.

Each piece I create is imbibed with the Joy, Laughter, Freedom and Tender Love, the Love of the Mother, the Divine, Sublime Mother. Tell me, where you find The Divine in Your Life?
